Transition song
Students from the Rock Academy in Tilburg and scientist join hands for a sustainable world. That is the major idea from the ‘Transition Song' that was released June 2010. The song is a composition of two students from the Rock Academy, named Bas Trippe and Ivo Schot. By order of KSI they translated the scientific views about system innovations and transitions into a rock anthem. Trippe and Schot recorded their song with fellow musicians from the Rock Academy. In the ‘Transition Song' science meets symphonic rock!
The CD was presented at the Final Conference of KSI on the third and fourth of june 2010 at Rotterdam. It was part of the book Transitieagenda voor Nederland , written by Jan Rotmans, one of the KSI-directors. Do you want to listen how ‘Transition Song' sounds?
